These terms govern your use of the Loan Calculator website at loan-calc-online.web.app (“the website”), published by FightTech. By using the website you agree to them. The Loan Calculator Android app (package vn.fighttech.loancalc) has its own terms, published with the app.
What the website does
The website estimates loan repayments — monthly payment, total interest, payoff date and an amortization schedule — from the numbers you enter. All calculations run in your browser. It is free to use and needs no account.
Estimates, not financial advice
Results are estimates for comparison only. They are not financial, legal or tax advice, and not a loan offer. FightTech is not a lender, bank or broker. Real loans can differ because of fees, insurance, rounding, day-count conventions, rate changes and your lender’s own rules. Always confirm figures with your lender before making a decision.
What you may not do
- Use the website to break the law, or try to access or interfere with systems, networks or content you are not authorised to use.
- Overload, scrape at scale or otherwise disrupt the website or its hosting.
- Present the website, its results or its design as your own product or as advice from FightTech.
Your data
The values you type stay in your browser’s local storage. You can clear them at any time with the Reset button or by clearing this site’s data. How the website handles data, including analytics, is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The website is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that its results are accurate for your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FightTech is not liable for any decision you make based on the website’s results, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and these terms do not affect the statutory consumer rights you have under Vietnamese law or the law of your country of residence.

Changes and availability
We may update the website or these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. We may change or stop offering the website at any time.
Governing law
