Summary
This website is a loan calculator. Every calculation runs in your browser. The amounts, rates and terms you type are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. The only data that leaves your browser is anonymous page-view and click counting through Google Analytics, described below, which never includes anything you type.
We are a calculator, not a lender
Loan Calculator is a math tool. We do not offer, broker, arrange, or facilitate loans of any kind. We are not a bank or a financial institution, we never ask for your identity, income, bank account, or contact details, and we do not collect any financial data. Results are estimates for comparison purposes and are not financial advice or a loan offer.
Calculations happen in your browser
The monthly payment, total interest, payoff date, amortization schedule and CSV file are all produced by code running on your own device. The CSV download is created in your browser; it is not generated on or sent through a server.
Data stored in your browser
So the page remembers your last loan, the site keeps the following in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device, and you can remove it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser (the calculator’s Reset button also clears the saved inputs).

Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which buttons are used. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (for example _ga) to tell visits apart.
- What is sent: page views; a “calculate” event with only the loan term grouped into a range (for example “20–30 years”) and the repayment method (equal payments or equal principal); a “Google Play click” event with the position of the link you clicked (header, hero, results, footer or banner on the calculator; header, footer or the closing box on a blog article); and a “banner dismissed” event. Google also receives standard browser information such as the page address, referrer, browser type, screen size and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
- What is never sent: loan amounts, interest rates, extra payments, dates, currency or any other value you type.
- Settings we use: Google signals and ad personalisation are turned off. We do not show ads on this website.
- Opting out: if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, analytics is not loaded at all. You can also block cookies for this site or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
- Who receives it: Google, as our data processor. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Other services the page loads
- Hosting: the site is served by Google Firebase Hosting, which processes your IP address and request details to deliver the pages.
- Fonts: the Manrope typeface is loaded from Google Fonts.
- Google Play badge: the “Get it on Google Play” badge image is loaded from play.google.com. Links to Google Play include a referrer that tells us only which link position was used.
The Android app
The Loan Calculator Android app has its own privacy policy, published with the app on Google Play and at loancalc.fighttech.vn.
Children
The website is not directed at children and collects no personal data from any user, including children, beyond the anonymous analytics described above.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the website handles data, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
